Dispatch and Delivery Policy
2.1 Eligibility
Our refund and returns policy is valid for 7 days from the date of purchase. If 7 days have passed
since your purchase, we regret that we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:
• It must be unused.
• It must be in the same condition that you received it.
• It must be in the original packaging (even if unpacked).
2.2 Order Cancellation
If you wish to cancel an order, you must do so before the products are delivered. We require a
minimum of 2 days‘ notice for order cancellations, which must be made within 7 days from the date
of purchase (i.e., before the 5th day after ordering).
2.3 Refunds and Exchanges
• Payment is refundable upon request, and product exchanges are also available.
• Damaged items on return or exchange will not be accepted.
• Customers are responsible for the cost of return or exchange delivery charges.
• In the event of receiving a faulty, damaged, or not as described product, customers must
provide a video recording while unpacking the product. This video evidence facilitates a
smooth resolution process.
2.4 Return Process
To initiate a return, you must provide a receipt or proof of purchase. Please ensure that the

entered.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email regarding the approval
or rejection of your refund.
If your return is approved, the refund will be processed and applied to your credit card or original
method of payment within a certain number of days.
2.5 Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund:

3. Sale Items
Regular priced items are eligible for refunds, but sale items cannot be refunded.

5. Shipping Returns

You are responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
The time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on your location. For
more expensive items, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance,
as we cannot guarantee the receipt of your returned item.
